  1. Call us with any questions and to set an appointment.
  2. Call your physician and request an Occupational Therapy order reading "OT for Comprehensive Driving Evaluation & Training".
  3. We will come to your home on the day of the appointment.
  4. We will complete the comprehensive evaluation, on-road evaluation and then review the results.  We will work to develop a comprehensive plan to move forward to maintain your maximum level of independence with community mobility.

3. Participate in a Clinical Evaluation and On Road Driving Assessment.

4. Discuss results and work together to develop a plan to move forward toward your mobility goals.  The next step may include additional driving training which is established on an individual basis.

  •  Driver must poses a learner's permit & meet the minimum standards for motor vehicle operation as outlined by the Texas Medical Advisory Board Guideline for determining driver limitation

Our vehicle has been modified so that we can complete Comprehensive Driving Evaluations for all populations including individuals who have had a Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia/MCI, Amputations, and many others.
